Caggtus Is Growing Again and Making Plans for 2026
The third edition of Caggtus in Leipzig, which took place this weekend, attracted 19,700 visitors – a new record! The organisers are “highly satisfied” and have already announced the date for 2026.
With 2,100 participants, the LAN party hall was almost sold out—once again making Caggtus the largest LAN party in the German-speaking world. At the same time, the Caggtus LAN remains one of the festival’s core pillars. Constantin Strobel, project director of Caggtus Leipzig, was understandably pleased: "The LAN regularly gives us goosebumps. Whether it’s the start of admission, switching off the ceiling lights, or the big and small encounters with the community – these moments are what make the gaming festival so special."
