Zum 1. Februar wird RTL Newmedia in RTL interactive umbenannt und bildet dann das organisatorische Dach aller RTL-Diversifikations-Aktivitäten. Wie das Unternehmen heute mitteilt, zählen dazu die Tochterfirmen RTL Shop, RTL Enterprises, Universum Film, RTL Media Services und die Traumpartner TV GmbH. Darüber hinaus werde RTL interactive für die Business-Units RTL online und RTL mobile verantwortlich sein.
